Essentials for the two bucket wash system
The simple act of car washing is where most damage occurrs to car paint, with swirl marks and micro scratches being created from a combination of bad wash techniques and unsuitable wash products. This is why we created a modern wash system to dramatically reduce the chance of ever scratching your car. This 2 bucket wash kit is a big step towards the safer washing of your loved car. It comes with the following items:
- 15 litre Wash Bucket – For your clean wash suds water.
- 15 litre Rinse Bucket – For rinsing your washing accessories free of grit and grime and keeping your wash bucket water safe and clean.
- 2 x Great Barrier Thingys – Aussie made and non floating, a perfect fit for the bottom of each bucket, helping prevent swirl creating grit from getting into your wash tools.
- 1 x bucket lid - To seal your bucket off from dust and dirt when storing between washes.
- Everything in this kit is proudly Aussie made!

By: Cassandra on 13 May 2017These buckets may just seem to be builders buckets in disguise , but if you respect your paint on you're car and you take pride in detailing your car, these buckets fitted with Grit Gard's ( when you buy the 2 pack of buckets) are a must have in the 2 bucket washing system, previously when I did the two bucket wash , it got quite confusing in what bucket was what due to the transfer of suds into the rinse bucket looking like the wash bucket ,but not now as it's clearly labeled wash / rinse , also if you're anything like me I always ran out of my wash water ( as I have a larger car ) halfway through the wash , so the bigger bucket is just brilliant as I didn't run outta wash water when I used the new buckets, and I used the same amount of their lubricating detergent ( nanolicious ) 1 cap full as it's such a concentrated product, the Grit Gard's are such a huge peace of mind because it keeps all of the nastines from even coming in Cooo eeee of my precious clear coat , and when finished they're easy to clean up and store with the lid well secured it keeps all the air born crap from settling in them when not in use , and they pack away nice and neat and make a statement on my shelf, also it's all 100% Aussie made and owned, so in my opinion these are a must have ,come on support a Aussie product and Business , they will complement your collection of Bowden's own detailing products, yet again thank you so much Dan & Peter for giving us another quality product. I can't wait to see what's in the future of your product development.

Best 2 bucket system
By: Shane Dale on 10 May 2017Best bucket setup I've had for a while, other guards I've used didn't hold the dirt under the guard. Being able to see everything at the bottom not being moved around when when cleaning either the Shagtastic/Muffy/Love glove out helps knowing I'm not adding more scratches to the paint work.
